Let’s Catch Up!

Hey Chile!

So, what’s going on? How are things going or ya?

I pray all is well for all that are reading this! (Haaay!) If you’re happy, and everything in your life right now is going, ah-maaz-zing! I am sincerely happy for you! It’s nothing like good news and happy stories, in a world for of troubles, right? And, for you, maybe things aren’t so good right now. Just maybe today was just like yesterday. Maybe it was worse. But guess what? It’s okay. No, really. It is going to be okay. Even if you cry a little. It’s okay. Heck, even if you cry a lot, it’s still okay. I always say that tears are just liquid prayers. The same God that did it last time. Will do it this time, and the next time too. Just hold on a little, juuuust a little while longer. He will give it back to you ten-fold.

Chile, I have been busy! But in a good way, so, I can’t complain.

Let me tell you, can’t nobody unpack a house like me. (Ha-ha. No real competition please.) I cannot stand packing.  Oh. No. But unpacking to me is like, is like, settling in. Especially being that I travel soooo much! We had been to 16 states in one month. It was so much fun. One of the best experiences I have ever had in my life, thanks to my Husbae. But Chile, I was tired. We made it to California and stayed two places before we officially got our house. So, yeah. Unpacking to me, right now, is like winning the lottery back to back. I wouldn’t change it for the world though. I sure wouldn’t. Not even the parts I don’t like. It all just makes for a better story. The experiences make great memories. The bad, we’ll the bad is good for growth and wisdom in multiple, profound ways. Life. Ya just gots (No typo.) to find the good and God in everything.
Now, you know I live on Pinterest. I think we done established that awhile ago, right? (Haha.) Let me just gone head and throw this on up in here real quick. I just feel like it’s been awhile. Let’s call it the ‘Switch Up’ okay!

The Switch Up:
Try a few of these things for a couple of days, or more.
1. Cut out all sodas, juices, energy drinks, ad get you some iced cold water and get into it. Water is goof for the soul, urinary tract, and skin. (Haha.) I’m Just Saying…
2. Do 60 squats before you shower and get in the bed. But, all jokes aside. I do squats all throughout the day. It’s so many ways of feeling accomplished when you can’t gets it all done at one time.
3. Now! Ya’ll know how I feel about a good ole face mask! Get to it. (Tsk. Tsk.)
4. And, last but not least. The next time you go get your nails or toes done, or both. Get a color you usually wouldn’t get. Take it there, just a little bit.

Sidebar: So, look. My love bugs are sitting beside me, watching something. It’s this new cartoon that Rob and Naomi discovered, and surprisingly she is enjoying it. Oh, don’t worry. Nothing, I mean nothing, is going to come in between her and Princess Poppy, Branch, and Lady Glitter Sparkles. Chile, let me tell ya. She don’t (No type.) play when it comes to her Trolls…ok! Oh, she gets down with Max and Duke too. (Secret Life’s of Pets.)
Anyways…
They’re eating dinner, for like the third time tonight right. And when I tell you they’re eating like I told them that was going to be their last meal before I lock them in the attic. I’m like, dang! Can you taste the food? Geesh! #Haha!! It’s cute though. Fun fact: Yes. I can cook. I low key want to get my baking skills right too. I’m not too big on sweets really. I tend to eat a little bit more than usual, now that Rob and me are married. He loves sweets. I mean, me. (Snickers.) I just really want to learn how to make sweets for the holidays, ya know.

Hold up, one more sidebar:
I’m not supposed to really have caffeine. (That’s a story for another day.) I don’t fool with chocolate often, we’ll ya know. I haven’t had a soda in, who knows. But when I do drink soda I go and gets (No typo.) me a twelve pack of ginger ale. I love me some ginger ale. The only soda I drink. And, it is caffeine free! I used to could not (Does that sound right? I…used…to…could…not. I…use…) Yeah. I use to could not stand coffee back in the day. No matter how tired I used to be. I love the smell of it, but to drink it, no ma’am. When I started working at the Veterans hospital, everyone walked around with a coffee cup. I didn’t have one. So, I went and got one, put water in it, and would walk around with water in my coffee cup. (Ha-ha. Screaming laughing. Rob said, ‘You did what?)

Lordy! How many of ya’ll tell twelve stories in one story??? GUILTY! So!! What I am trying to say, is, I drank coffee today. I don’t suppose to have caffeine (Like I said. Plus my Husbae staaays on my case about it too. ) I be like, JUST THROW THE WHOLE KERUIG AWAY! But I choice one day out the month to drink coffee, and I chose today. We have been rolling, and I think it caught up to me. From relaxing, and catching up with Rob. He was gone for a while. #MilitaryWifeLife Unpacking, online shopping, getting this, and getting that. I was cooking dinner in between this, that, and the third. I gots to keep my babies fed. Plus, I can’t seem to stay out of my kitchen. And mean while Rob is up in here, lusting over the walls, trying to see what wall he wants to mount the TV’s on. (I just can’t.) Then Best Buy, they done broke down on the side of the cotton-picking highway with our washer and dryer! I can’t lie and say I’m not glad about that compensation check though. But what in the world ya’ll! Not to mention, we have a two-year-old, let me repeat. We have a two-year-old! She’s a good girl though. Naomi is a pretty dope kid, if I do say so myself.

I’m back working out and walking/running. I’m excited about that. Naomi needs some we time, Mommy and Me time, Daddy Baby time, and Date Nights be LIT. It’s the little things ya know. Plus!! I have some new new (Tee-hee.) content coming for you! I’m so excited. I’m fitting to come up out my shell ya’ll.

As far as our new home, Naomi’s room is going to be the hardest I feel like right now. That girl has so much stuff! Then her theme. I have most of it though. I just have to DIY a few things.

One second please….

Okay, I had to hug and kiss Naomi. She says, ‘Momma hands.’ (It’s so cute.) Meaning, we have to say our prayers. ‘Amen‘ She’s the best! Rob always tucks her in. That’s like their thing. And then in the morning, she calls for me. I love it.

We’ll ya’ll Naomi is going night, night. So yeah, I gotta go.

I’m Just Saying….
Smooches’
