I got my hair did!!! And you can’t tell me a dog on thang! Oh how it feels so good! Looking good makes you feel good!! I feel like I’ve been a mess down bust down for sure since I’ve been here! Trying to figure out this here hair of mines. The best go to is my braids! They last long and they’re cute, but I can’t wear braids foreva. That’s the down fall off traveling a lot (ALTHOUGH I WOULD’NT CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD) is that you have to start over when it comes to hair, nails etc. and for those that know me, know that those things are important to me!! So I made a good friend who put me on to a great hair stylist and she hooked me up! She didn’t have to tell me! I was tore up from the floor up. FORREAL! Also I’m now natural which I actually really love being, but however it’s different learning the products, being knowledgable about the type of hair I have , it can be ALOT! But healthy hair is key ! So that’s what I’m aiming for! I set the next appointment before I even left yesterday! How about that right! I’m sure when we pack up and leave to endure our next journey I will want to pack her up and take her with me! She’s really sweet she said she will have me doing natural styles with my eyes closed by the time I leave!
When she started washing my hair I wanted to fall asleep, I almost did actually, but the fear from me possibly snoring kept me awake! It felt sooooo good though! I’m not tender headed either so when she kept telling me, “let me know if I’m too rough” I was like “ooooh nook this feels just fine!”
I really, really enjoyed my refreshing make over & I’m so in love with my hair! Oh, did I say that already? (haha) I use to be a big fan of weave at one point in my life. So now rocking my hair, my own hair it feels so good! So finally! I finally found a stylist that I love! I’ve been in Ohio over a year now and it’s finally happened! Thank you God! It’s the little things! (Smile)
Mmm….well technically getting your hair done is a big blessing, to me anyways!! So anywho I pray everyone has a BLESSSED fulfilled weekend with those you love! (Winks right eye.)
