Broken Glass

Listen to me!! You are talking to someone who has been broken. Heartbroken, broke financially, broken spiritually, broken emotionally, and broken mentally. Just a broke down somebody!

However, we all have felt pain. It may not be the same pain that someone else is feeling or has felt; it may even be a different situation or even different circumstances. We all have a heck of a story to tell if you ask me and just because someone doesn’t show sadness or grief, or talk about their trials and tribulations doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened or that is not happening. Never underestimate a smile; you never know what someone is going through. That’s why it pays to be kind. Your words and your kindness can change someone’s whole life from just a few good words. Tell a complete stranger tomorrow that they’re beautiful!!!

See life is a great thing as much as people say life is a (bleep). People pray for another love one to have a day of life. Its people in the hospital bed right now at this very moment praying for more days to live, wanting to wake up and thank God for giving them another day on this earth. Life is not a (bleep.) Life is precious. However, the things that happen in our lives can be a (bleep) I know it’s hard! I know you wonder why? Why is this happening? Why is this happening to me? Why is this happening right now?

Somethings just hurt and something hurt worse than others, especially the things that we have no control over. Our hands are tied and we are hopeless and helpless all at the same time. It’s overwhelming.

If you are someone who is hurting and you feel like your soul is calling out for help and no one hears you and when you do have a listening ear you just feel so misunderstood. I encourage you to seek God! Pray! Walk by Faith and not by Sight.

Listen to me, clear your mind so that you can hear me clearly MMM…K! See I too have bad days and sometimes when I do I honestly do not even know why! I just wake up off beat and the day keeps going downhill. I can’t get a grip! Everything just frustrates me! You know what though I realize things could always be worse even when you don’t think so until something worse happens. The devil is busy and he does not play fair with his simple self. Don’t give into him! He’s just like that guy that’s so not worth it!

Now you remember when I said that I’ve been broken, BAAABBBYYY I have been broken. (Keep reading RedLipstiackndCammies I told you I would share my truth with you.) So I’m not just someone who you see now who has everything I’ve ever prayed for or you think I’m just out here just living a perfect life. I have fears. I get lonely. I have flaws I would love to be perfected etc. Yes, I am very happy. I am very blessed. I am very grateful. I am also very aware that everything that has happened was a setback for a greater come back! I am aware that hurt, pain, tears and sorrow is inevitable in life, if you live long enough you will experience it.

I just want to encourage you to look at your glass half full instead of half empty, if you can’t seem to do that then be thankful that you have the glass. Don’t look at the glass as broken. Things do get better in time and I will tell you this, prayer changes things. You are blessed more than you understand, trust me. In life when we have problems we tend to focus on the problem(s) more than we do in the things that are going right for us. We allow are problems to consume our mind! Now! I know that it is easier said than done! Remember I’ve been there too!

But you have to see your glass as half full and not half empty!! This is very very important! If you can’t seem to see the glass full or empty, like said be thankful for the glass, it’s not broken! There is always someone who is praying for what we have right now, and yes things can always be worse.

God has never done me wrong! Yes, I believe in what I can’t see (for those who ask)

Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. –Hebrews 11:1
