Yep! I sure do! I promise you I’m not lying.  It’s important to me, and for me! I’m not sure if that even makes sense to you, but.

WRITE YOUR VISION DOWN!!!

No! Really! Write your vision down!

I. AM. TELLING. YOU!! It is one of the best things you could ever do. Like, I want to get on the level of #MaryJane Gabe Union had sticky notes everywhere. But it can really help in a little special way. Simple pleasures are life’s treasures. 

It doesn’t have to be anything deep and profound. You don’t have to even elaborate. Just write down your vision.  Chile! You know how you may write a ‘To-Do List’? OR! ‘Grocery List?’ And you leave you it in plain sight so you can remember. So you can remind yourself what you need to do. Or what you need to take care of. We’ll do that same thing for you. Remind yourself of who you are, or who you’re trying to be. Ya know. As far as growth and positive, necessary change.

 I DO THAT WITH MY VISION! 

Heck! I compliment myself too! Why not? Shoot!

I love being  loved by a man I adore so much.

BUT I AIN’T NOTHING, NOTHING LIKE LOVING YOURSELF!

Write it down!!!!! (Who knows me? And can hear me saying this?! Ha-ha! My cousin Kenisha comes to mind. xO.)

I remember after I had Naomi, and my hair broke off. I had to go to a dermatologist. My first time ever going in my life. I’m like, ‘What is wrong? Is it going to get worse? Chile! You know it ain’t nothing like not having no edges. I was like, ‘Now wait a minute. This can’t be happening’ But Chile! I pushed throw! Like I never left!

But!

I had a note in my bathroom. I loved that bathroom by the way. #OhioTings

I had a journal in my bathroom. (Who knows how much I love my journals?) For three months I had a note in that journal that said, ‘You will have edges today’ (Hahahahahaha!!) I sure did! What they say? Speak it into existence! Don’t laugh! Get into it!

WHO KNOWS THAT I REALLY WRITE ON MY MIRROR FOR REAL THOUGH?! I do! It’s so legit!

I had that written on my mirror maybe not in that order, but yeah.

So, yeah. I just said all that to say this here. Don’t be so quick to look for compliments from other folk. (No typo.) CHILE! COMPLIMENT YASELF!! It’s a must. It’s a need. Lean on and rely on yourself sometimes.

WRITE ON YOUR MIRROR. GET YOU SOME STICKY NOTES! “PLASTER THEM EVERYWHERE!” 

Just think about it! If you’ve been negative lately. Going back and forth in ya mind about this and that. This person and that person, being malicious and vendictive! THEN YOU MOST DEFINITELNEED TO GET YOU SOME LIPSTICK! 

You may be going through a difficult time and you just need the extra boost. Ya know, push! To try and stay positive. Nobody has time to be walking around frustrated and angry all the time!!! It’s sooo exhausting. It’s so, it’s so dragging.

ESPECIALLY IF ITS OVER CATTY STUFF! 

Stay focused! And don’t always feel like you have to be happy only when something is happening. It is so many things to smile about during the day. I’m so glad I am realizing that now. No. Like, for real.
